PRODUCTION OF RESIN PRODUCT HAVING ANTISTATIC PROPERTY

PURPOSE:To produce a resin product controlled in the speed of bleed out to the surface of a synthetic resin and improved in the persistence of antistatic properties by molding a synthetic resin containing pellets obtained by mixing an antistatic agent clathrated with cyclodextrin with an additive and pelletizing the obtained mixture. CONSTITUTION:An aqueous cyclodextrin solution of a concentration of 0.5-75wt.%, based on the solid matter of the cyclodextrin solution, antistatic agent (e.g. polyoxyethylenealkylamine are mixed for 2-30min at room temperature at an agitation speed of 5000-20000rpm to obtain an emulsified clathrate solution. This solution is spray-dried to obtain a powder. 20-80wt.% this powder is mixed with 80-20wt.% additive, and the obtained mixture is pelletized. 1-10wt.% these pellets are mixed with 99-90wt.% synthetic resin, and the obtained mixture is molded into any desired shaped.
