Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To obtain the ceramics/metal joined body which has excellent heat resistance, corrosion resistance, thermal impact resistance, etc., and is adequate for engine parts, etc., by successively forming a binder layer contg. silicate and an antioxidant layer contg. inorg. flaky particle on the surface of a metallic member and burning the layers to join integrally. CONSTITUTION:An aq. soln. of silicate (e.g.: potassium silicate) is applied on the surface of the metallic member 3 and is subjected to a heating treatment in a stream atmosphere to oxidize the surface of the metallic member 3. The binder layer 4 is formed by the reaction of this oxide film and silicate. A mixture composed of the inorg. flaky particles 1 (e.g.: ground matter of mica or SHIRASU balloon), a silicate binder (e.g.: sodium silicate), and hardener (e.g.: calcined aluminum phosphate) is applied on the binder 4 to form the antioxidant layer 5.
