PURPOSE:To reduce generation of a trouble, by providing a confirmation button for starting an executing operation of a transaction, and also instructing whether it is necessary or unnecessary to discharge a detailed statement slip, on a custmer's operating part. CONSTITUTION:When a customer inserts a cash card into a card inserting port, a recording data is read by a card reader/writer 12, and is inputted to a main control part 13. On the other hand, the customer inputs a code number by a ten key. The main control part 13 executes collation of the code number and the read data. Subsequently, the customer inputs a payment request amount, and also pushes the first confirmation button or the second confirmation depending on whether a detailed statement slip is necessary or unnecessary. The main control part 13 starts execution of a transaction, when the confirmation button is depressed. Subsequently, the main control part 13 sends the detailed statement slip to a paper money counting and carrying part 15 if the confirmation button for making the detailed statement slip necessary has been depressed, when starting execution of a transaction, and operates the paper money counting and carrying part 15 so that it is stored in a detailed statement slip collecting box 18, if the confirmation button for making the detailed statement slip unnecessary has been depressed.
