TEMPERATURE CONTROL COMPLETION DETECTOR

PURPOSE:To shorten a judging time required up to the temperature control completion of an object controlling comparing the measured temperature of the object with a reference temperature, allowing a waiting time counting means to start the counting of the waiting time and instructing the completion of temperature control by the counting of the counting means. CONSTITUTION:A temperature measuring means 100 measures the temperature of a prescribed temperature control part of an object, e.g. an extruder, and a reference temperature setting means 101 sets up a reference temperature allowed as the temperature control completion temperature of the object. When the temperature of the object is measured by the means 100, a comparing means 102 compares the reference temperature with the measured temperature. When the measured temperature exceeds the reference temperature, the state is decided, the waiting time counting means 103 starts to count the waiting time based upon the decided result and instructs the completion of temperature control by its counting. Consequently, the judging time required up to the decision of temperature control completion of the object can be shortened.
