Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To set a position for mounting an aligning jig on a car truck on a car truck basis according to arrangement of reinforcing bar cages, by holding aligning guides of the aligning jig, preventing the aligning jig from vibration or the like by a steady pin, and mounting accurately the aligning jig to a predetermined position on an aligning car truck. CONSTITUTION:With an aligning car truck 7 stopped at a predetermined position on rails 28, a movable frame 29 is moved toward the position of an aligning jig 11 stopped by a stationary stopper 21 of a jig supply conveyor 24. A lift frame 41 is lowered, a holding notch 6 in an aligning guide 5 on each side of the aligning jig 11 is clamped by chuck elements 56, 56a and a steady pin 61 is inserted into a pin hole 14 in the aligning jig 11. With the aligning jig 11 thus positioned by the steady pins 61 and 61a, the lift frame 41 is raised, the movable frame 29 is moved forward to a stop position, at which the lift frame 41 is again lowered, and the aligning jig 11 is mounted on the aligning car truck 7.
