ALIGNING JIG AND ALIGNING BASE FOR REINFORCING BAR CAGE

PURPOSE:To obtain an aligning jig and an aligning base for accurate positioning of a reinforcing bar cage, by a construction wherein aligning guides for aligning reinforcing bar cages are provided, fixed guides tapered at its top for guiding the insertion of lower spacers of the reinforcing bar cages are provided between the aligning guides, and an engaging means for positioning on an aligning base is provided at a lower part. CONSTITUTION:Fixed guides 30, 31 of an aligning jig 23 serve as a guide for insertion into spaces (b) on both sides of a lower spacer 3b, in inserting a reinforcing bar cage M between aligning guides 25, and fix the lower spacer 3b in a predetermined position, thereby placing the reinforcing bar cage M in a predetermined position. Slant surfaces opened in a tapered form of the fixed guides 30, 31 serve also as a guide for insertion of the lower end of a setting rod 35 of a setting frame 34 into a central space (a) of the lower spacer 3b. A rack 28 is provided on the lower side of a base frame 24 of the aligning jig 23, and engages with an aligning jig positioning rack 27 provided on an aligning car truck 6, thereby fixing the aligning jig 23 in a predetermined position on the aligning car truck 6.
