DETECTION OF INSTANTANEOUS POWER INTERRUPTION IN SANITARY WASHING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To quickly detect an instantaneous power interruption and to switch to a back-up power source by detecting every cycle of the power with a commercial power source detecting means and deciding it as a power interruption when the detecting cycle is discontinued. CONSTITUTION:Every cycle is detected by a power interruption detecting means 8 to detect the cycle of commercial power source 1, and it is decided as a power interruption when the detecting cycle is discontinued. Then, a zero-cross signal of a zero-cross signal generating means 10 is stopped. At this time, when the prescribed quantity of zero-cross signal is wanted, an output is generated by a detecting means 11 for zero-cross signal disappearance to a power interruption signal generating means 9. By the generating means 9 with this output, a circuit connection can be switched to the back-up power source 4 from the circuit power source 3 by means of exerting a changeover switch 6 with a back-up power source changeover means 5. Also a continuous operation of central time control unit 7 is made possible.
