EVALUATION OF SUPPORTING DEGREE OF STOCKING

PURPOSE:To objectively evaluate supporting degree of stocking by fitting stocking on a solid foot shape having hollow parts in a thigh part and a calf part, pressing a pressure-measuring part on cloth of the hollow part and measuring pressure. CONSTITUTION:A panty stocking is fitted on a foot shape (e.g. molded of a plastics) having holes 13 in at least a part in a thigh part C and a part in a calf part B and a measuring part of a pressure-measuring means is pressed on cloth part of the stocking in the hole 13, then supporting degree is evaluated. Alternatively, a method composed of using a foot shape composed of three pieces of wire net of S-size, M-size and L-size as the foot shape and measuring cloth part covering the gap of the net mesh, may be adopted.
