DATA COLLECTOR

PURPOSE:To perform data collection from a process input/output device at high speed and surely by editing process quantity to preservation data, and deciding a transmission timing by a load measured by a CPU load measuring part. CONSTITUTION:Data of real time from the process input/output device 12 received by a computer 11 for real time control is edited and compressed by extracting only the data, for example, whose value is changed at an editing part 11d. The transmission timing is decided at a transmission timing decision part 11g based on the status of the CPU load of the computer 11 for real time control measured by a CPU load measuring part 11h, and edited data is transmitted to a computer 13 for job processing by using null processing time. Thereby, it is possible to perform the data collection from the process input/output device 12 at high speed and surely as well.
