Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To perform the removal handling of jammed paper in an easy manner by enabling a paper conveying part to be opened to the outside of a device body, namely, making at least a first paper conveying passage able to be divided and opened. CONSTITUTION:When jammed paper caused in a paper conveying part (paper discharge part) 50 is removed. this paper conveying part 50 is opened to the outside of a device body 1, and further a first paper conveying passage (one-side conveying passage) A is divided and opened, whereby the jammed paper in such a paper conveying passage, where frequency is the highest in use, is removed. Moreover, with the open of this first paper conveying passage A, both inlet parts of the second and third paper conveying passages (duplex, multiplex conveying passages) B, C are also opened and jam handling takes place.
