Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To utilize this unit as a space for drawing works and other works and also easily work with a free posture by interlockingly connecting a springing means with a drawing base plate through a pulley mechanism and equipping an electric motor at the pulley mechanism. CONSTITUTION:This unit is provided with right and left partition side walls 3, 3 and a rear partition wall 4. And a drawing board 5 is fitted on a drawing base plate 1 and further drawing instruments are fitted to the drawing board 5. This drawing base plate 1 provided within a partition wall structure 2 is suspended through a pulley mechanism 14 to be vertically movable. And a springing means 25 is provided inside the wall or the column of the partition wall structure 2. The springing means 25 and the drawing base plate 1 are interlockingly connected through the pulley mechanism 14. The weight of the drawing board 5, the drawing instruments 6, and the drawing base plate is reduced by the springing means 25. And further, an electric motor 29 is equipped interlockingly connected at the pulley mechanism 14.
