PERSONAL SCHEDULE CONTROLLER

PURPOSE:To know not only the schedule of a user itself but also the schedule of the other user by accessing schedule information, which is stored in a schedule memory, concerning plural users from plural terminals through a total control part. CONSTITUTION:The information concerning staffs to use this system is previously stored in a user information memory 12. First of all, the user execute the processing of starting the access toward the most closest terminal such as a terminal 42, for example. When selecting a self schedule table display command, a self schedule table preparation part 21 retrieves a schedule memory 11 from the terminal 42 and the schedule information concerning the user itself performing the access is extracted and displayed on the screen of the accessed terminal 42. Next, when specifying one of displayed dates, a schedule confirmation table preparation part 23 prepares a schedule confirmation table more precisely showing only the schedule information of this date, and the table is prepared on the screen of the terminal 42. On the other hand, when selecting the other person schedule table display command, another person schedule table preparation part 22 prepares the schedule information concerning the other specified person and displays it on the screen of the accessed terminal.
