Then, the labeled antigen to which the antibody present in antiserum is bonded is separated from the labelled antigen to which the antibody in antiserum is not bonded and the enzyme thereof is measured. The amount of the antigen Pravastatin to be measured is calculated from a standard curve formed by separately applying the same operation to be antigen Pravastatin. By this method, the labelled antigen having objective antigenicity is obtained using Pravastatin.
