CAST-MOLDING APPARATUS OF IRON CORE

PURPOSE:To easily obtain a cast-molded iron core whose cast-molding accuracy is high by a method wherein an iron core for cast-molding use is bonded, by using an adhesive, to one end part of an iron-core support pin and it is supported inside a cast-molding die. CONSTITUTION:Iron-core support pins 13 are bonded, by using an adhesive, to the rear surface 9a of an iron core 9 which is faced with the surface of a lower die 4. Then, the iron-core support pins 13 are inserted into through holes 12; screws 14 are screwed and fastened to screw holes 13a of the iron-core support pins 13; the iron core 9 is fixed and bonded to a setting position at the lower die 4. Then, the lower die 4, a first upper die and a second upper die 2, 3 are fixed by using fixing bolts 7; they are fastened by using clamping bolts 5; a die is assembled. After the die has been assembled, a synthetic resins for cast-molding use is poured into a cast-molding die 8 and is hardened.
