AUTOMATIC REELING OF COMPLEX INTERLACING

PURPOSE:To obtain the title conjugate yarn having excellent interlaced state by introducing bave reeled from boiled cocoon and another yarn fed right under a feeding end device to a fluid jetting device, interlacing plural baves in a separated filaments state around another yarn by jetting fluid, controlling fineness and winding. CONSTITUTION:Baves (a) reeled from plural boiled cocoons 2 in a reeling tank 1 are introduced to a feeding end device 3, the baves (a) in the shape of the baves arranged outside another yarn (b) fed from a yarn supply part 12 through a tension adjuster 11 and a guide pipe 12 to the central part right under the feeding end device 3 as core yarn are inserted into the feeding end device 3, then sent to a fluid jetting device 4, plural baves (a) in each separated filaments state drawn from the plural boiled cocoons 2 are interlaced in the separated filaments state as they are around the other yarn (b) sent from the fluid jetting device 4 to give one combined interlaced yarn, fineness is controlled by a fineness detector 7 and the yarn is wound on a small frame 9 to give the objective interlaced yarn.
