Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To allow each seal necessary for a rotor, rotary piston, cut-off valve, and an intake valve to slidingly come in contact with each other free from obstruction by simplifying the function and mechanism which are required for a cylinder and piston as a combustion engine by dividing the operations of a compression engine and the cut-off valve outside. CONSTITUTION:An engine for the exclusive use for combustion and exhaust and a compression engine 8 for the exclusive use for compression are connected through an intake valve 6, and the compression engine 8 is interlocked with the combustion engine. Further, a cut-off valve 2 is opened and closed by the operation from the outside of a cylinder 7, and a combustion chamber 1 is formed between the cut-off valve 2 and a piston 5, and the piston 5 is revolved.
