METHOD AND DEVICE FOR REGENERATING SURFACE EARTH ON PLAY GROUND

PURPOSE:To regenerate surface earth deteriorated to recycle it on a play ground by taking up surface earth on a play ground at a work site, and thereafter immediately sorting same with a surface process regenerating device. CONSTITUTION:A belt conveyor, continuous feeder for constant quantity of earth and sand 1, sand/earth sorter 2, and oscillation sieve means 12 are respectively assembled at a play ground to form an integrated device A. Earth/sand taken up with a bulldozer B and the like is thrown into a hopper 4 by means of a backhoe C, and then automatically thrown into the shute 13 of an earth/ sand sorter 2 through the interlocking operation of the whole of device A continuously at a fixed rate. Thereafter it is processed with the earth/sand sorter 2 according to the size of particle diameters and crush-processed with the oscillations of chain units 29... on a shieve face 15 to recycle it for surface earth on the playing ground. It is thus possible to dispense with throwing-away surface earth deteriorated.
