Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To perform saccharide adhering coating and the title sticking in extremely high efficiency by dissolving a crystallization water-contg. saccharide on the surface of a food taking advantage of the thermal inertia due to heating treatmnt and by sticking powder material thereon. CONSTITUTION:A crystallization water-contg. saccharide such as hydrous crystalline glucose or maltose is brought into contact with and dissolved on the surface of a food produced by treatment on heating such as roasting, baking or frying until the surface temperature falls to the melting point of said saccharide. Thence, a powder material is immediately applied on the resulting surface and stuck.
