Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain a transparent cosmetic capable of sufficiently exhibiting UV-absorption ability stably containing a specific UV-B region UV absorber, polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether and nonionic surfactant. CONSTITUTION:(A) Glyceryl di-p-methoxycinnamate-mono-2-ethylhexanoate is contained in the aimed cosmetic together with (B) a polyoxyethylene polypropylene ether, preferably POE(35)POP(40) and (C) a nonionic surfactant, e.g. a POE-alkylether or POE-sorbitan. A mixing amount of the component B is 1-20 times amount, preferably 5-10 times amount of the component A and a mixing amount of the component C is 0.1-2.0wt.%, preferably 0.2-1.0wt.% of the component A.
