Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prepare the title compsn. excellent in flame retardance, surface gloss, impact strength, etc., by dispersing a rubberlike polymer as particles under specific conditions. CONSTITUTION:A rubberlike polymer (e.g. a styrene-butadiene block copolymer, or a polybutadiene) is dispersed as particles under such conditions that the particles are dispersed to show a distribution wherein two peaks are observed, i.e., one corresponding to a part consisting of small particles having a mean diameter of 0.1-0.6mu and the other corresponding to a part consisting of large particles having a mean diameter of 0.7-2.0mu, that the total content of the polymer dispersed is 3-18wt.%, and that 20-95wt.% of the polymer dispersed constitutes the small-particle part and 80-5wt.% of it, the large-particle part.
