CATV HOME TERMINAL

PURPOSE:To automatically change a switch during the interruption of a signal from one terminal by detecting a CATV signal level from a CATV terminal and switching an input terminal based on this detected result and the detected result of a station selecting RF signal level. CONSTITUTION:One of an RF signal and a CATV signal from stations selected by selecting keys of a CATV terminal 1 and an antenna input terminal 10 is supplied through a switch 3. The level of either one of the CATV signal and the RF signal is detected by a level detector 6. In accordance with the detected result, the switch 3 is automatically switched by a CPU 7. During the generation of interruption of signal due to either one of a station selection and a CATV transmission path, terminals 1, 10 are automatically switched and connected to a terminal having no interruption.
