Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To prevent adhering of frost at an inner wall surface of a cooling facility by a method wherein a semiconductor is placed as a lining at the inner wall surface of the cooling facility such as a refrigerator and a freezer or the like through an electrical insulation material and negative electrons are applied to the lining material. CONSTITUTION:An electrical insulation material 4 is adhered to an inner surface of a wall 6 of a cooling facility and an electrical conductor 3 is placed as a lining to cover an interior 5 of the cooling facility at the surface of the electrical insulation material 4. A freezer 2 is disposed at an upper part of the wall 6 of the cooling facility and then cool air is flowed down into the cooling facility 5. Negative electron generating device 1 is disposed outside the wall 6 of the cooling facility. The electron generating device 1 has a high voltage electrostatic transformer, wherein an AC voltage of 100V is applied to a primary side of the transformer, one electrode is electrically insulated at a high voltage secondary terminal and only the other electrode is connected to the electrical conductor 3. With such an arrangement, negative electrons generated through an electrostatic conductor are applied to the electrical conductor 3 and then frosting at the inner wall surface of the cooling facility such as a refrigerator and the freezer or the like is prohibited. Thus, it is not necessary to raise a temperature within the cooling facility so as to defrost and thus a deterioration in quality of the cooled products and frozen products may not be generated.
