Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To improve acceleratability at a power mode, by prohibiting control which lowers an engine output at the time of speed shift, when a speed shift mode is the power mode. CONSTITUTION:At the time of speed shift control, a speed shift line at a shift pattern, a throttle opening St and a car speed Sw are checked, and when the materialization of a shift-up condition or a shift-down condition is decided, a speed shift information signal Cs is supplied. As a result, an engine control unit 100 sets a basic ignition angle advance value thetaB on the basis of an engine rotation number Sn and air intake negative pressure Sb. Also, when a speed shift angle retardation pulse signal Pj is supplied from a transmission control unit 200, a speed shift correction value thetaA against the basic ignition angle advance value thetaB is set so as to reduce a speed shift shock accompanying the speed shift action of an automatic transmission 10, and correction is made. Hereupon, speed shift is conducted when a speed shift mode is a power mode, and then, control which lowers the output of an engine is prohibited.
