Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To expand applied environment by admixing polyolefine and chlorinated polyethylene, and coating a composition, containing flame retarder and moreover carbon black, on the admixture. CONSTITUTION:A composition is coated on a flame retardant cable as a jacket and the composition is composed by containing an admixture of 45-65wt.%, in which an admixing ratio (weight ratio) of polyolefine having a melting point of 105-125 deg.C and chlorinated polyethylene, having a crystal quantity of 25% or less and a chlorine quantity of 20-40%, is made 50:50-85:15, flame retarder of 20-50wt.%, and moreover carbon black of 0.5-3.0wt.%. This obtains a new flame retardant cable having high flame retardance and also jointly possessing cold resistance and heat resistance.
