DATA INPUT DEVICE FOR EXPERT SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To shorten time required for a data input processing by confirming whether there is a change or not by comparing the current process value with the preceding process value and writing only data with the change in a frame when inputting the data. CONSTITUTION:The process values to be transmitted from plural plants 1 of a reception part 2 are received, and stored in a process value memory 3. When receiving an input instruction, the process values are read out from the memory 3 and a preceding process value memory 8 based on a process value pointer, and it is decided by an comparison part 11. When the process value is changed, the comparition part 11 instructs the operations of an input part 6 and a transfer part 12. The input part 6 reads out the name of the frame from an input attrib ute data memory 9, and writes the current process value in the state memory area of a frame 5. The transfer part 12 writes the current frame value in the memory 8. Thus, the duration for data input process is shortened.
