CONSTITUTION:A movable cover body 41 is interlocked with a soil preparing body 26 by a synchronizing means 52 for synchronizing with vertical movement of soil preparing body 26 by setting position of rotary operating body 11. The soil preparing body 26 is opposed to the rotary operating body 11 and the movable cover body 41 is closely opposed to tilling soil in front of the rotary operating body 11 to block the front opening of rotary operating body 11.
