COMMUNICATION SIMULATOR

PURPOSE:To test the communication of a program in an application layer with out passing a presentation layer and lower layers by transmitting and receiving communication data between a processing means and a communication data output means by a communication means. CONSTITUTION:Communication data from a processing means 101 is supplied to a communication data output means 112 by a communication means 113 and this communication data or communication data outputted in accordance with an output indication by the communication data output means 112 is supplied to the processing means 101 to perform artificial communication between the processing means 101 and a communication simulator 110. Thus, the communication of a program in the application layer is tested without passing the presentation layer and lower layers, and development of the program in the application layer is advanced in parallel with development of a program or the like in each of the presentation layer and lower layers.
