WIRE PEELER

PURPOSE:To conduct a wire peeling work easily by a method wherein a wire held at both ends of a frame is brought into contact with a blade and is inserted into an adaptor having a notch between members at which the wire is held and then is rotated by driving gears and a plurality of following gears. CONSTITUTION:Members 3 and 4 are installed at both ends of a frame 2 to hold a wire C linearly. An adaptor 5 is installed between the members 3 and 4 and following gears 17 and 18 installed around the adaptor 5 are rotated by driving gears 41 and 42. (A figure at the side of the member 4 is omitted.) A distance between the driving gears 41 and 42 is set larger than a width L of an opening of a notch 17a formed on the adaptor 5. The driving gears 41 and 42 are driven by a shaft 32, bevel gears 33 and 35 and a spur gear 36. A shaft 6 is rotated through a shaft 11, bevel gears 12 and 13 and gears 15 and 8 and blades 7a-7c are brought into contact with the wire C inserted into the notch 17a by right and left screws 6a and 6b. Finally, the blades 7a-7c cut into the wire C to the specified depth.
