Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To compensate the distortion in a peripheral direction of a printing plate by making the printing plate with a printing cylinder and spreading the printing plate on a rubber blanket drum whose diameter is larger than that of the cylinder, so as to attain printing. CONSTITUTION: A plate material for the flexible letterpress printing plate 9 having a registering system, consisting of a registering hole and a punching part for registering and formed in the margin part of the printing plate is registered and spread on the printing cylinder 1 and fixed, so as to make the plate material and a film mask 10 flat with respect to the cylinder 2 to be exposed. Then, the obtained printing plate 9 is registered and spread on the rubber blanket drum whose diameter is larger than that of the cylinder 1, and the prepared print is varnished.
