Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To prevent noise generation at a joint part when current is on, to relax environmental use restrictions and to simplify the manufacturing of a vacuum interrupter by composing a vacuum container by a method wherein a thin plate of an oxygen-free copper-made circular disk is pinched between ceramic insulating cylinders and the resulting body is soldered. CONSTITUTION:A joint part 17 is a 0.3-3.0mm thin circular disk made of an oxygen-free copper and soldered in vacuum or a reductive atmosphere with metals 6a, 6b metallized on the surface of ceramic insulating cylinders 1a, 1b on the opposite each other. The part 17 also has a function as a supporting part by welding with an arc-shield 15 to fix it. Accordingly, even if electric current is applied to electrodes 3a, 3b through lead rods 2a, 2b, vibration owing to the generated magnetic field does not occur and neither does noise. Further, the structure of the joint part is firm and not easily rusty, and environmental use restrictions can be relaxed.
