Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To contrive an improvement in dispersibility of a filler fiber and metallic fiber in a molded body, by a method wherein the metallic fiber and filler fiber are mixed into synthetic resin at a desired rate, which is used by cutting into a state of pellets. CONSTITUTION:A filler fiber 1 and metallic fiber 2 are inserted into a die of an extruding machine at a desired rate, into which molten resin is infiltrated and cut into necessary lengths, through which pellets 4 are manufactured. With this construction, an element constituting a molding material becomes of only one kind of the pellets obtained by mixing base plastic 3, the filler fiber 1 and the metallic fiber 2 with one another together. Therefore, the title material becomes a state where the metallic fiber 2 is dispersed already favorably throughout the molding material as compared with a conventional material where the inside of pellets mixed the filler fiber are dotted unequally with pellets mixed with the metallic fiber. Therefore, since intertwining among the metallic fibers 2 becomes strong, conductivity and a shielding effect of an electromagnetic wave of a molded body are stabilized and improved. |
