Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain a tape wound core excellent in magnetic characteristics at a low cost, by using an amorphous magnetic alloy thin plate which has specified composition and whose crystallization temperature is lower than or equal to 450 deg.C, and performing heat treatment at a temperature in a range of 150-350 deg.C and lower than the crystallization temperature after an insulating film is inserted between the thin plates and wound. CONSTITUTION:An amorphous magnetic alloy thin film which has composition expressed by formula 1 and whose crystallization temperature is 450 deg.C or lower is used. After an insulating film is inserted between the alloy plates and wound, heat treatment is performed at a temperature in a range of 150-350 deg.C and lower than crystallization temperature.
