Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To manufacture easily a corrosion-resistant pipe of large strength and being stable chemically by forming firmly a mixed aggregate layer composed of a coarse aggregate and a fine aggregate and reinforcing bars arranged inside by means of corrosion-resistant self-curing liquid. CONSTITUTION:Cage reinforcing bars 4 are arranged on the inner peripheral surface of a mold 6, and then a motor 1 is started to rotate the mold 6 and corrosion-resistant self-curing liquid 1 is injected to form a corrosion-resistant self-curing liquid layer 7. Then, a mixed aggregate composed of a fine aggregate 3 and a coarse aggregate 2 is fed into the mold 6 to form a mixed aggregate layer 12 in uniform thickness, and the aggregates 2 and 3 enter into the self-curing liquid layer 7, while the self-curing liquid 1 wets the aggregates 2 and 3 and the reinforcing bars 4, and a self-curing liquid thin layer 13 is formed on the inner periphery of the mixed aggregate layer 12. When the fine aggregate 3 is fed into the mold 6 in said state, the same enters into the thin layer 13 to be integrated with a fine aggregate portion in the mixed layer 12 to form a fine agrregate mortar layer 5. After that, the self-curing liquid 1 is cured to bond the respective aggregates 2 and 3 with the reinforcing bars 4 to be aggregated therein, and the material is released out of the mold 6 to manufacture a corrosion-resistant concrete pipe 14. |
