Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To additionally increase the screening effect when the amt. of mixed rice is large and to decrease the lift of unhulled rice when the amt is small so as to improve screening accuracy by organically associating and cooperating a flow rate sensing valve which senses the amt. of the mixed rice in a screening cylinder and a screening assisting plate. CONSTITUTION:The flow rate sensing valve S senses the increase of the thickness of the fluidized layer P when the flow rate in the screening cylinder 2 increases on increasing of the supply rate from a mixed rice supplying trough 19. The inclination of the lower side 4b of the screening assisting plate 4 is then less steepened like an imaginary line (c). The rice flowing down on the screening assisting plate 4 passes below an unpolished rice receiving trough 3 and is largely turned back by falling like an arrow (d). An unpolished rice partition plate 25 is tilted by an interlocking mechanism 27 to a mixed rice supplying trough 19 side like an imaginary line (e). Conversely, the flow rate sensing valve S senses the reduction in the thickness of the fluidized layer P on decreasing of the amt. of the mixed rice. The inclination of the lower part 4b of the screening assisting plate 4 is then steepened and the rice flowing down thereon falls toward an arrow (f). The return position to the inner peripheral surface of the screening cylinder 2 is thus changed. |
