Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To effectively prevent attachment of marine organism for a long period of time by making one of two conductive panels in a pair constituting an intake channel positive and the other negative and electrifying them by way of changing over their polarity at an optional time. CONSTITUTION:A wire-netting 6 is placed on a plastic base plate 5 and covered with a conductive film 7, and two of L letter conductive panels 3a, 3b with the conductive film 7 folded inside are provided. then, lower horizontal part edges of the both conductive panels 3a, 3b are reciprocally confronted with each other, connected in a channel shape through an insulated connector 4 and formed into an intake channel 2. Additionally, a direct current power source 9 which can electrify the conductive panels 3a, 3b by way of changing over positive-negative at random is connected to lead wires 8a, 8b respectively led from the wire-netting 6 of each of the conductive panels 3a, 3b. Consequently, direct current power polarity of which can be changed over at an optional time is transmitted to the conductive panels 3a, 3b, giving a uniform current distribution all over to them for uniformly generating a soil resistance effective component from all over them.
