Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To increase the adhesive strength between an insulation layer and an iron core and improve the insulation by laminating sequentially an insulation layer composed of acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR) and electroconductive rubber layer on an iron core surface. CONSTITUTION:The insulating layer 3 formed on the surface of an iron core 2 is constituted by winding a sheet with a material the base of which is NBR, and a thickness having insulating property to an impressed voltage (e.g. -20KV) is selected. The thickness of the insulating layer 3 differs in accordance with the composition and the voltage NBR, however, normally it is preferable to be 3-10mm. The electroconductive rubbery layer 5 to be formed by covering the surface of the insulating layer 3 has a surface dielectric strength of 0.5-5MOMEGA with the thickness 10-50mm. As such a rubbery material, e.g. a carbon-filled NBR can be employed. The electroconductive rubber layer 5 can be constituted by winding electroconductive rubber sheet on the insulating layer 3 followed by vulcanization and polishing.
