GAS DISCHARGING BODY FOR MONITORING TEMPERATURE

PURPOSE:To monitor abnormally high temperature of a machine and respective connections due to incorrect connection, etc. so as to effectively use a gas discharging substance for preventing overheat by sealing a compound with a low boiling point in a capsule. CONSTITUTION:Gas discharging paint GH1 discharges gas to be sensed by a gas sensor by a rise in temperature. The gas discharging paint GH1 comprises a capsule 32, in which a compound 31 with a low boiling point is sealed, mixed as a gas discharging capsule GC in paint 33. The gas discharging paint GH1 is applied on a surface of a machine which requires temperature monitoring, and when the compound 31 with a low boiling point reaches its boiling point due to a rise in temperature of the machine, vaporization of the compound 31 with a low boiling point raises pressure inside the capsule 32, resulting in breakage of the capsule 32. Gas of the vaporized compound 31 with a low boiling point is discharged outside after transmitting through or breaking the application film of the pain 33 and sensed by the gas sensor.
