Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To make it possible to carry out switching of speed change at any time by providing a pipelike inner rod having its one end sealed and inserted into the hollow chamber of a piston rod and the other end fixed to a cylinder head, and performing changeover between this place and telescopic motion side pipeline by means of a two position change-over valve. CONSTITUTION:One end of a pipelike inner rod 4 the outer periphery of which is sealed with a seal 7 is inserted into the hollow chamber 16 of a piston rod 2, and the other end is fixed to a cylinder head cap 1c so as to be connected to an oil passage 11. Still more, an electromagnetic change-over valve 10 is driven by an external signal 15 to cut and connect the connection between the oil passage 11 and the telescopic motion side pipelines 8, 9. Therefore, operation speed can be switched in speed change at any time and operability can be improved.
