CONSTITUTION:When an inner box body 12 is lowered, the inner box body 12 is vertically lowered along right-and-left guide rails through its guides right- and-left and up-and-down while rewinding a force-aiding device, following which a locking mechanism 16 on the top of the right side of the inner box body 12 is lowered at the position of a lower lock pin 8. At this time, the lower lock pin 8 is put into a guiding long-opening 21 on a cam-mounting plate 17 for this locking mechanism 16, and come in contact with the lower end part of a contact-guiding fringe 30 on a cam plate 26, following which the lower lock pin 8 is more deeply put into the guiding long-opening 21. At the same time, the contact-guiding fringe 30 being in contact with the lower lock pin 8 slides on the lower lock pin 8, and the cam plate 26 is gradually turned outward centering around a bolt 24 against a spring 38.
