Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a cement product which is excellent in water resistance and fire resistance and also has high flexural strength by blending a working treatment additive with spherical hydraulic cement having the particle size distribution of a multimode. CONSTITUTION:Spherical hydraulic cement composition having the constitution of particle size distribution of a multimode is obtained by adding at least one kind selected from among a water-dispersive working treatment additive, a water-soluble working treatment additive, a water-nondispersive working treatment additive and a water-nonsoluble working treatment additive at 0.1-10.0 pts.wt. for 100 pts.wt. spherical hydraulic cement of the multimode. in the above- mentioned spherical hydraulic cement composition of the multimode, furthermore, water is added at the rate of about 30 pts.wt. for 100 pts.wt. spherical hydraulic cement of the multimode. Further, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, a filler and fiber, etc., are blended as the additive in accordance with necessity. As the working treatment additives e.g. cellulose ether derivatives, a hydrolyzed vinyl acetate (co)polymer, polyethylene and acrylic resin, etc., are shown.
