DEVICE FOR HEAT SEALING WITH ALUMINUM FOIL HEAT-SEALABLE MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To permit later sealing operation to be effected accurately and easily by a method wherein, in the process of drawing out sealing material, the seal piece formed by giving the sealing material a folding line or stamping it out is made to curve in the direction opposite to its curling direction. CONSTITUTION:Sealing material 21 is passed around a guide pulley, folded in a longitudinal direction, inserted into an elongated hole formed by both the slits 32a and 33a of a folding device 31, unfolded into the original form and the sheet material thus spread out is supplied to a delivery device. When the sealing material 21 is set in a predetermined position on a lower die 38b of a die set 38, a suctorial transfer part 47 is moved upwards by the action of a cylinder 45 and, at the same time, an upper die 38a thereof is moved downwards, whereby a seal piece 51 is stamped out by the die set 38 into a predetermined shape. In this case, since the outer peripheral part of the sucking face is made slightly higher than its central part, the seal piece 51 is curved in the direction opposite to the regular curling direction by the sucking action of vacuum holes 47a, and 47b.
