Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To increase specific strength and specific rigidity by driving a resin tank as the winding of a roving on a mandrel is in progress, retaining the roving at the horizontal delivery angle and simultaneously adjusting the winding angle in the diameter direction of the mandrel forming an elbow shape and the winding position at the center of rotation. CONSTITUTION:Following the winding of a roving 4 on a mandrel 17, a resin tank 2 is driven upward by an up-and-down driving device 9, and the roving 4 delivered from a guide component 8 is retained at the delivery angle close to horizontal and the winding pitch is adjusted. A rocking component 14 is moved slantly by a rock driving device 16 gradually, and the winding angle is adjusted to conform with the diameter direction of a mandrel 17 with its winding angle forming an elbow shape. Simultaneously, a carriage 11 is driven gradually in the horizontal direction together with the mandrel 17 by means of a horizontal driving device 10 and rotated by a rotation driving device 3 while the relative winding position is retained almost constant. Then, specific strength and specific rigidity of a molded body is upgraded by adjusting slantly moving angle of the rocking component 14 or rising speed of the resin tank 2 and the winding angle of the roving 4.
