GAS TYPE ANGULAR VELOCITY DETECTOR

PURPOSE:To accurately detect an angular velocity by setting plural tables which differ in characteristics according to the initial temperature at the rising of internal temperature, selecting the table whose characteristics are closest to the detected temperature of a temperature sensor, and performing offset correction. CONSTITUTION:When a temperature detection signal is sent from the temperature sensor, the initial temperature is held in a latch 1 and a table selecting circuit 2 outputs a table selection command to switch circuits 31 and 32 according to the held initial temperature. Then the circuits 31 and 32 switches properly according to the table selection command and circuit connections are so made as to select specific tables 4x (x=1, 2...). Then a specific offset value is read out of the selected table 4x according to the temperature detection signal and an offset correcting circuit 5 correct the offset of an angular velocity signal by using the read offset value. Thus, the angular velocity operating on a detector main body can accurately be detected from right after the rising of the internal temperature.
