BURNER DEVICE

PURPOSE:To obviate the need for a large installation area and reduce the investment cost by rotatably supporting a drive pipe, surrounding a fuel gas feed pipe provided in an air duct, and providing a vane constituting an impeller on said drive pipe to feed combustion air. CONSTITUTION:When a drive pipe 6 is rotated about a fuel gas feed pipe 3 by means of a rotary drive source 9, vanes 8 constituting an impeller 7 rotates, so that the air is sucked from an opening 2a located upstream of an air duct 1 to be forced toward an opening 2b on the downstream side, while fuel gas blows off from a fuel gas blowoff section 4 into the duct 1 through the pipe 3. In this manner, the air fed by the vanes 8 is mixed with the fuel gas blown off from the section 4 to effect combustion and the high temperature combustion gas blows off as a hot gas flow from the opening 2b on the downstream side of the duct 1. At this moment, the amount of the air fed into the duct 1 by the vanes 8 can be increased or decreased by changing the number of revolution of the pipe 6 by means of the source 9. As a result, a blower and an air feed pipe which connects the blower and the air duct are not required, so that a large installation area is not needed and the investment cost can be reduced.
