Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To exactly measure the specific antibodies of various classes and to enhance the ease and rapidness of operations by previously removing immune globulins, exclusive of the class of the specific antibody to be measured. CONSTITUTION:The immune globulins exclusive of the specific class to be measured are previously removed from the body fluid specimen. The immune globulins to be removed are in principle IgG, IgA, IgM when the specific antibody to be measured is IgE, are IgG, IgA, IgE when the antibody to be measured is IgM, are IgG, IgM, IgE when the antibody to be measured is IgA, and are IgA, IgM, IgE when the antibody to be measured is IgG. The serum concns. of these immune globulins are IgG>>IgA>IgM>>IgE. Only the immune globulins of the other classes having the large probability to affect the measured value of the antibody to be measured are, therefore removed.
