DEVICE FOR TESTING HOME BUS

PURPOSE:To contrive the confirmation of a mutual transfer operation between a main bus and a sub-bus, to facilitate the segmentation of failures even only by one maintenance man and to make the device convenient for an operator by providing this device with a function for unitarily monitoring signals states such as address conversion on the main and sub-buses and a control signal simulation function between the buses. CONSTITUTION:When a bus monitoring part is activated by connecting the part to the information plug sockes of the main bus 100 and the sub-bus 200, control signals of both the buses 100, 200 can be monitored on a display part. In addition, signals on the buses 100, 200 and the signal conversion of addresses or the like between the buses 100, 200 are monitored and diagnosed and the signals are simultaneously monitored. Then the communication simulation of transmission/reception of signals in respective buses 100, 200 and between the buses 100, 200 is executed. Thus, the operability of the testing device can be improved.
