MAGAZINE AND AMMUNITION CYLINDER FEEDER

PURPOSE: To avoid acceleration of a cartridge storage portion, by supplying a cartridge to firearms from central one among three cartridge containers with the aid of a first conveyance apparatus, and further supplying a cartridge to a central cartridge container alternately from one or the other of the outer cartridge containers with the aid of a second conveyance apparatus. CONSTITUTION: In a central ammunition cartridge 21 of a magazine 19 including both outer ammunition cartridges 20, 22, each cartridge includes a first conveyance apparatus 23, a cartridge 24 is supplied from the central ammunition cartridge 21 to firearms 10 with the aid of a first conveyance apparatus, and the cartridge 24 is rotated only by 90 deg. with the aid of the first conveyance apparatus 23. The conveyance apparatus 23 includes an endless conveyance chain 25, whereby the cartridge 24 is supplied to the firearms 10 from the ammunition cartridge 21 and on the other side an empty ammunition sleeve 37 is again supplied from the firearms 10 into the magazine 19. Further, the cartridge 24 is taken out from the both outer ammunition cartridges 20, 22 and is supplied to the central ammunition cartridge 21 with the aid of the second conveyance apparatus 27. As a result, acceleration of a cartridge storage portion is avoided.
