Zusammenfassung: | In this method, the crankshaft is constructed from individual moulded pieces, each having a crank web and two pin sets 2, 3. Associated pin parts are pushed onto a common sleeve 6 and this is plastically deformed by the application of pressure, while the pin parts themselves are only elastically deformed and, by springing back, ensure the necessary retention of the connection. Before joining, bearing bushes, consisting of a material having better tribological characteristics, and/or unsplit roller bearings 17 and likewise unsplit piston rods 4 can be fitted onto the bearing 2 and crank pins 3. Lubricating channels 13, located in the webs, annular spaces 14, remaining between the sleeves and pins, and longitudinal slots 15, located in the former, permit continuous lubrication of the bearing points. A keyed tooth system 11 of the parts to be joined ensures the correct orientation of the same with respect to one another. By means of openings 29, located in the webs, the pressure expansion devices can be pushed into the interior of the sleeves 6. The method also allows crankshafts to be manufactured whose bearing and crank pins cover one another in the axial projection. Further steps in the method allow the number of work operations to be reduced and relate to the arrangement of intermediate layers which improve the adhesion or sealing between the parts. |
