COAXIAL CONNECTOR

PURPOSE:To maintain electrical and mechanical contacting of a connector certainly, stably, and lastingly and prevent entrance of noise by fitting a spring- loaded T-form divided tapered sleeve having a strong spring force on the outside circumference of a cruciform divided tapered sleeve. CONSTITUTION:By a screw 7a an internal cell 7 with which an insulative substance 13 is consolidated, is engaged with a coaxial receptacle which has a mechanism to admit fitting of a center conductor contact 6 and is installed in advance on the apparatus side. Members to be used are provisionally fixed on the case 1 side previously, and a cruciform divided taper sleeve 22 is installed at the end of an outer conductor 3 having undergone step stripped exposure. Then a spring-loaded T-form divided taper sleeve 21 which has been mounted provisionally is returned, and their tapered surfaces 21a, 22a are mated with each other. The dia. of A-part of the sleeve 22 is contracted by a strong resilient force of the longitudinally divided slit forming part of the sleeve 21, and the outer conductor 3 is grasped fast, and by its resilient force the sleeve 22 is held sturdily by the conductor 3. At the same time, a stationary ring part 21d of the sleeve 21 is fitted on the outside circumference of B-part, which thus undergoes dia. contraction.
