ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHIC SENSITIVE BODY, FACSIMILE AND ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHIC METHOD USING THE SAME

PURPOSE:To obtain high sensitivity without generating the deterioration in image quality, etc., by a change in environmental conditions by incorporating a fluorine compd. into a photoconductive layer at a specific ratio to a phthalocyanine pigment. CONSTITUTION:The fluorine surfactant 3 is incorporated into the photoconduc- tive layer 4 at 0.5 to 60wt.%, more preferably 5 to 40wt.% per 100wt.% phthalocyanine pigment 2. Water repelling effect is insufficient if the amt. of the fluorine surfactant to be added is too small. An undue increase in residual potential is resulted if the amt. is too much. The phthalocyanine pigment to be used is preferably oxotitanium phthalocyanine and the fluorine surfactant is exemplified by a fluorine-contained block copolymer and a fluorine-contained graft copolymer. The high sensitivity is obtd. without generating deterioration in the image quality, etc., by a change in the environmental conditions.
